We are committed to setting out cancellation and refund conditions clearly before you confirm a booking.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure

Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the departure time may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the selected tour or service and any non-refundable costs already incurred.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time may incur a cancellation fee, or may be non-refundable, depending on the type of service selected and the terms of the relevant service providers.

No show

If a customer does not arrive at the designated meeting point within the specified time, the booking may be treated as a No Show under the terms of the selected service.

Third-party services

Entrance tickets, attractions, cruises, restaurants, activities and other third-party services are governed by the cancellation and refund policy of each individual provider.

Cancellation by OneDD Tour by KrishHoliday

If OneDD Tour by KrishHoliday cancels a confirmed service, or is unable to provide it, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with the relevant booking terms — including a refund for services not delivered, where the refund conditions apply.

Change of travel date

Requests to change a travel date should be made as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or be governed by the terms of the relevant service providers.

Itinerary timing

Schedules may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, attraction operating conditions, safety reasons, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up or meeting point on time.

Programme order

The order in which sites are visited may change as necessary for operational, traffic, weather or safety reasons.

Entrance tickets are included only where expressly stated in the selected programme.

Transportation

How far in advance should I book a tour?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 days ahead. For weekends, public holidays and peak travel periods, book as early as you can — vehicles and entrance tickets sell out quickly.

Do you pick up from my hotel?

Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop-off is included on our tours. Tell us your hotel name and area when you book and we will confirm the pick-up time.

What is the difference between a SIC tour and a private tour?

A SIC (seat-in-coach) tour is a join tour: you share the vehicle with other travellers and follow a fixed schedule, which keeps the price low. A private tour is just your group, with an itinerary and timing you choose.

How many people fit in your vehicles?

A sedan takes 1–3 passengers, an SUV 2–5, a van 5–12 and a VIP van 8–10. Luggage capacity varies by vehicle, so tell us how many bags you have when you book.

How do I pay?

Payment channels may include bank transfer, PromptPay, credit or debit card and payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and we have issued your confirmation document.
